Overview

SAMSA seeks budgetary pricing for hosting virtual servers at a Disaster Recovery (DR) site and increasing storage from 150TB to 200TB on a monthly basis for 36 months. This is an RFI for market analysis to gauge pricing from IT infrastructure providers with DR hosting, virtualization, and storage expansion capabilities. Responses are invited for information purposes and not a formal commitment.

Requirements

• Provide budgetary pricing for hosting virtual servers as specified (VM-1 to VM-10 with the CPU/RAM/500GB drives per table) and the storage upgrade to 200TB.
• Prices must reflect monthly costs per VM and include a line for the storage upgrade; include Sub-Total, VAT (15%), and Total.
• Pricing covers a 36-month period and is intended for market analysis, not a formal procurement.
• There are no additional stated conditions or mandatory pre-qualifications in the RFI (per the document).
