Overview

The South African Social Security Agency invites proposals to appoint a panel of service providers to supply and deliver school uniforms for the Free State Region for a period of 36 months. Bidders should be experienced suppliers/manufacturers of school uniforms and related textile products, capable of regional delivery.

Requirements

• Complete and submit Local Content Declarations (Annex C, D and E) for both boys’ and girls’ school uniforms in accordance with SATS 1286.2011.
• Comply with the Textile, Clothing, Leather and Footwear Sector guidelines and ensure VAT is excluded from all calculations.
• Include the Signature of the tenderer from Annex B.
