THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BOLTS AND NUTS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR A PERIOD OF 48 MONTHS AT CAMDEN POWER STATION.

Overview

The procurement is the supply and delivery of bolts and nuts as and when required for a period of 48 months at Camden Power Station. Suitable bidders are hardware/fastener suppliers or distributors with the capacity to source and deliver such products, and with a formal quality management system (preferably ISO 9001) and the ability to submit via Eskom’s e-tendering platform while meeting Eskom’s contractual and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based quality management system (Supplier Quality Management Specification 240-105658000) with forms A-D and related documentation.
• Valid CSD registration and tax clearance; for foreign bidders with SA footprint, SARS/Pin or CSD verification; local content declarations where applicable.
• EN material conformity certificate for bolts/nuts (EN 764-5) from a notified body.
• Tender documents submitted electronically in PDF and Excel; price list in both PDF and Excel; max 50MB per file, total submission 900MB; no zip files; no hard copies.
• Completion and submission of mandatory returnables (Annexures A-J, SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.2).
• Compliance with Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact and Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender; safety/COIDA requirements as applicable.
• Non-compulsory clarification meeting details and attendance (12 November 2026, 10:00, via Microsoft Teams).
• Evidence of pre-qualification/eligibility criteria as per Tender Data (no sanctions, no multiple tender submissions beyond system limits).

How to Apply

• Note the clarification meeting date: 12 November 2026 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams; confirm attendance with the Eskom Representative.
• Obtain and review the Invitation to Tender and attached Annexures (A–J) and pricing schedule (PDF/Excel) from the Eskom Tender documents (Main tender documents.zip).
• Prepare and assemble required documents: Form A acknowledgment, SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.2, CPA/local-content proofs, EN material conformity, CSD/tax clearance, and the Pricing Schedule in PDF and Excel.
• Submit electronically via the Eskom E-tendering site before the closing date/time: 27 November 2026 at 10:00 SA time (no late submissions; ensure submission status is complete).
• Ensure all documents are uploaded into the correct categories (Technical, Commercial, Financial) and that no zipped files are uploaded (max 50MB per file, total 900MB).
• If JV, provide the required JV documentation per Annexure J and formal agreements (power of attorney, joint venture agreement, bank account).
