Overview

Procurement of cash-handling materials for Ushaka Marine World: the supply and delivery of cash float bag security seals, cash float bags and escorting gusset bags. Bidders should be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Supplier Portal, with capability to supply secure cash-handling bags and security seals (see Main Tender Document: bs-794.pdf).

Requirements

• Mandatory: register on CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal; provide latest CSD report and be in good standing with SARS; complete and sign MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9); submit on company letterhead; supply sample of 10 float bag security seals with quote (Main Tender Document: bs-794.pdf).

• Security seals: 50,000 numbered seals, packs of 1,000; white with black print; six-digit numbers starting from 368001; uShaka branding (Main Tender Document: bs-794.pdf).
• Escorting/gusset bags: 4 x PVC heavy-duty bags, 45 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm, black, outer pocket with zip, handles/strap, internal base stiffener (Main Tender Document: bs-794.pdf).
