The supply, and delivery of HV self-contained low-pressure new (unused) cable

The supply and delivery of HV self-contained low-pressure new (unused) insulating oil for high-voltage cables (single-core and three-core oil-filled) in 44–132 kV systems. Bidders should be suppliers of insulating oils (petroleum-based electrical insulating oils) with capability to handle hazardous materials and deliver to Eskom sites, complying with Eskom’s SHE/OHS requirements including ISO 14001/45001, COID, LOgs and other contract obligations. The attached tender materials set environmental, health and safety, and quality prerequisites (e.g., ISO 14001/45001, ISO 9001 readiness), and may require financial assurances such as PCG or performance bonds, as part of supplier evaluation. Proposals must align with Eskom’s pre-contract and post-award SHE, safety, and environmental controls as described in the annexed specifications.
