Overview

The Supply and Delivery of Laptops and an 86-Inch Interactive Smart Display for Goldfields TVET College. Tender is open to experienced ICT hardware suppliers capable of delivering 169 student laptops and an 86-inch interactive display, with delivery and installation experience for an educational institution.

Requirements

• Supply and deliver laptops (IdeaPad 3 Intel N100, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 11 Home, 15.6" FHD) and an 86-inch interactive display meeting the attached specifications.
• Comply with PURCO SA procurement process and Goldfields TVET College’s B-BBEE policy; no commitment to the lowest bid.
• Bid documents require payment of R1,150 (VAT included) via PURCO SA; documents downloadable after payment.
• Tender submissions must be electronic; no hard copies or emailed submissions; shortlisted tenderers only will be contacted.
• Information session is mandatory (MS Teams, 23 June 2026, 12:00); register on PURCO SA to attend.
• Tender validity period: 90 days.
