Requirements

• Registration on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database and the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); tax compliance with SARS; and adherence to the SCM Policy and tender conditions.
• Submit manufacturers’ Product Technical Data Sheet / Product Fact Sheet; complete Schedule F.13A/B as applicable; provide evidence and references for two evaluation items.
• Minimum functionality: 60/100 for Item 1 (litter bin decals) and Item 2 (no-dumping signboards), including verifiable reference letters.
• Provide samples within 14 calendar days before award.
• Provide evidence of relevant experience (screen printing for Item 1; signage manufacturing for Item 2) with contactable references.
• Attend clarification/site-visit (strongly recommended, not mandatory).
• Comply with OHSA requirements and, if requested, provide a Health and Safety Plan.
• Tax clearance PIN to be provided; separate PINs required for joint ventures.
