The Supply and Delivery of Metering Seals (Tool-less Seals) for Eskom Distribution clusters on an as and when required basis for 36 months. Bidders are manufacturers or suppliers of metering/sealing hardware capable of delivering tool-less seals (yellow, orange, blue; 50 per pack, D3132) and related components, with documented QA and safety compliance to Eskom requirements.

Requirements

• ISO 9001 or equivalent QMS (Supplier Quality Management 240-105658000)
• OHS compliance and related Eskom forms (Annexures A–E, B acknowledgment, D integrity pact) and Standard Tender Conditions
• Complete SBDs and returnable documents (SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 4; Local Content declarations where applicable; Declaration of Shareholding)
• Pricing Schedule/BOQ in PDF/Excel; include transport-rate per km in BOQ
• Prohibit 100% sub-contracting; eligibility to do business with Eskom; CIDB where applicable (Not Applicable per Tender Data)
• Attend non-compulsory clarification and bid via Eskom e-tendering site

• Submission deadline: 13 November 2026 at 10:00 (SAST); electronic submission via Eskom E-tendering site (etendering.eskom.co.za).
