THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) LICENSED TROOPER CARRIER (ARMOURED PERSONNEL CARRIER VEHICLE) FOR NMB METRO DEPARTMENT

Procurement of a single licensed Trooper Carrier (Armoured Personnel Carrier vehicle) for the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro Department. • Submit sealed bids by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 to the specified SCM offices; late bids will not be considered.
• Public opening of tenders shortly after 11:00 at the designated offices; bids may be opened at both Harrower Road North End and Kariega locations.
• The Council reserves the right not to bind itself to the lowest or any tender; preference may be given to previously disadvantaged small/medium contractors as per SCM policy.

• Obtain tender documents from the SCM Tender Office (Harrower Road North End, Gqeberha) or Kariega Tender Office (17 Sellick Street) for a non-refundable per-set fee.
• Pay the tender fee (R608.89) and keep proof of payment; reference Vote 00154776 or as specified in the documents.
• Ensure supplier database registration (contact 041-5063274/3266 if not registered).
• Prepare the bid on the official NMBM bid forms and submit in sealed envelopes for contract SCM/1383/G/20 (the 2026-2027 tenders).
• Attend the compulsory briefing on 30 September 2026; bring any required documents.
• Submit bids by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 to the SCM offices; publicly open shortly after 11:00.
