The Supply and Delivery of PPE Work Wear for a period of 36 months, on and as when required basis for East Grid. Open-tender for PPE supply/distribution; intended for PPE suppliers/distributors with capability to meet NTCSA/Eskom PPE specifications, OHS/SHEQ standards, and local-content requirements.

Requirements

• Capability to supply PPE workwear across East Grid sites, with adherence to NTCSA/Eskom PPE standards and Life-Saving Rules. (NTCSA PPE Specification; Life-Saving Rules)
• Implement a Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 (supplier QA requirements). (Supplier Quality Management Specification)
• Compliance with local-content and GSB/B-BBEE requisites, including SBD 6.2 Local Content for designated sectors (100% local content for clothing PPE). (SBD 6.2 Local Content; SDL&I inputs)
• Submit a complete returnable set by tender closing, including: Authorisation Form, Acknowledgement Form, Tenderer’s particulars, Integrity Declaration, CPA/local-content declarations, tax clearance, SBD 1, and pricing schedules (PDF + Excel). (Annexures A–F; SBD documents)
