HES-TECH 11/2627: THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PREFABRICATED COLD PREMIX, HOT MIX ASPHALT AND BITUMEN TREATED BASE FOR A PERIOD FROM DATE OF APPOINTMENT UNTIL 30 JUNE 2029

Overview

The procurement is for the supply and delivery of prefabricated cold premix, hot mix asphalt and bitumen treated base for road works, for a period from appointment to 30 June 2029. Open to service providers in road construction materials supply and related civil works who are registered on the Central Supplier Database and hold valid tax clearance and B-BBEE certificates, in line with the municipality’s SCM policy.

Requirements

• CSD registration required
• Valid original tax clearance certificate
• B-BBEE certificate required with tender
• Certified copies of directors/owners’ identities
• Tender to be submitted on original documents and remain valid for 90 days after closing date
• Evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 points for B-BBEE
• Municipality reserves right to withdraw/re-advertise/not award; not bound to the lowest bid
