Overview

The supply and delivery of six (6) 2M3 skip bins and two (2) 3-ton double axle universal skip loaders (HES-TECH 02/2627) for Hessequa Municipality under an Open-Tender. Suitable bidders are equipment suppliers or dealers in municipal waste-management fleets capable of providing both skip bins and skip loaders, with appropriate certifications and delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• Valid original tax clearance certificate
• B-BBEE certificate
• Certified copies of directors’ and owners’ identities
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) (and register without delay if not already)
• Tender validity: 90 days
• Tender document fee: R200 (non-refundable); payment by cash or bank deposit to Hessequa Municipality (refer HES-TECH 02/2627)
• Proof of payment to obtain full tender documents
• Tender documents available in electronic format on request
• Evaluation: 80 points for price, 10 for B-BBEE, 10 for locality
• Provisions to withdraw/reject or partial award at Municipality’s discretion
• Ensure submission includes all mandatory documents: original tax clearance, B-BBEE certificate, and certified copies of directors/owners’ IDs
