The supply and delivery of spares for Aircons, batteries, PTM and electrical maintenance departments at Arnot Power Station on an as-needed basis for 60 months. Bidders should be manufacturers or distributors of electrical and HVAC spares, batteries and related maintenance components with capability to supply Eskom sites and meet Eskom eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• Eskom eligibility: bidders must meet Eskom’s eligibility criteria and not be restricted to bid with Eskom or state-owned entities.
• Submission: electronic submission via Eskom e-tendering; ensure all requested annexures and pricing schedules are completed.
• Documentation: provide required returnables (e.g., Annexures A–F, G1–G4, H–J as applicable), SBD forms, pricing schedules, and CPA declarations for local/foreign content.
• CPA: for contracts longer than 12 months (60 months), apply Eskom CPA rules with separate local/foreign formulae; include CPA breakdown (minimum fixed portion, etc.).
• Local content and BBBEE: complete Annexures related to local content and BBBEE status; provide necessary certificates and ownership documentation.
