Overview

The procurement is for the supply and delivery of traffic, law enforcement and firefighting uniforms for Hessequa Municipality for a period of three years. Bidders should be uniform suppliers capable of municipal-scale delivery, and must meet CSD registration, tax clearance, and B-BBEE/locality criteria as part of the evaluation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to supply and deliver the specified uniforms for a municipality.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) (required; not yet registered vendors should register promptly).
• Original valid tax clearance certificate.
• B-BBEE certificate.
• Certified copies of directors’ and owners’ identities.
• Tender evaluation uses 80 points for price, 10 for B-BBEE, 10 for locality.
• Tender documents require payment of R200 and submission of the full tender package.
• 90-day bid validity after closing date.

How to Apply
