Overview

The tender is for the supply and delivery of 5 SA10 switch analyser kits (circuit breaker tester) including cables, transducers, brackets, and software. Requirements

• Complete NTCSA Supplier Declaration of Interest and return with the bid (1.4 NTCSA Supplier Declaration of Interest).
• Submit in accordance with Eskom General Conditions of Purchase (May 31, 2024), including tax/VAT invoicing requirements, warranty (12 months), acceptance, penalties for late delivery, and related obligations.
• Complete and submit returnables: Form of Offer & Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations, and Annexures/Returnables as listed in the ITT (Annexures and Returnable Documents).
• Compliance with e-tendering requirements (registration, access, and submission via the Eskom eTendering system; see eTendering manuals).
