Overview

The supply and installation of high-mesh security fencing with a double overhang at various air quality monitoring sites for eight (08) months. Bidders should have fencing installation or civil-construction experience and comply with Eskom procurement rules (CIDB registration, B-BBEE, SHEQ).

Requirements

• CIDB registration at closing; provide proof; if only an application, provide within 21 working days from closing; CIDB certificate due at contract award.
• B-BBEE status: certificate or sworn affidavit; proof to be submitted by closing.
• Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) systems/capabilities evidence.
• No 100% subcontracting; comply with PPPFA and NT instructions; mandatory tender returnables completed and submitted.
• Pricing: rates in Rand fixed for contract duration; include taxes; designate if cataloguing is required; provide at least two financial institutions for performance security if required.
• Site visit/clarification: compulsory if specified in Tender Data; questions in writing; addenda issued as needed.
• SDL&I undertaking completed by contract award if applicable.
• Cataloguing obligations and labeling if required.
