Overview

The Airports Company South Africa invites bids to supply, deliver, install, configure and test a SCADA panel for the Electrical Complex at King Phalo Airport. Suitable bidders are electrical/SCADA system integrators with NEC3 ECC contract experience, CIDB 2 EP/2 EB or higher, and capabilities in SCADA design, network security, and commissioning.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading designation of 2 EP or 2 EB or higher.
• Compliance with COIDA/FEMA (good standing) and SARS tax requirements (PIN or TCS; or CSD number for bidders without TCS).
• Compulsory attendance at the Site Inspection; complete sign-in.
• Compliance with Insurance requirements under the NEC3 ECC framework.
• Completion of all Returnable Documents on the official tender forms; sign originals and copies as required.
• Demonstrated experience via completion certificates for similar SCADA/RTU/PLC projects, including design, configuration and testing.
