Requirements

• Suitably qualified suppliers with ability to supply all specified items and branding (PPECB logo on all items).

• Compliance documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; Tax Clearance (PIN) or VAT/CSD verification; CSD registration; B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit.
• Clear pricing: include all items, branding, delivery, and artwork approval; provide a pricing schedule (SBD3.2).
• Acceptance of PPECB terms and conditions; risk/insurance arrangements; warranty (12 months) on goods.
• Artwork/artwork approval process prior to confirmation; PPECB logo usage on branding.
