Overview

The supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Urology Suites for Gauteng Department of Health institutions for a period of three years. Open to medical device suppliers with SAHPRA licensing, ISO 13485, IEC 60601 compliance, and established Gauteng service capability; includes installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support.

Requirements

• SAHPRA license (in bidder’s name); acceptance tests on installation.
• Compliance: IEC 60601-1-2, ISO 13485.
• Documentation: SBD 1, SBD 4; product brochures/technical data sheets; Annexure A; briefing session certificate; commitment letter from manufacturer or reseller; GPG Integrity Pact; Tax Compliance PIN; CSD registration (MAAA).
• Operational capability: established Gauteng service/repair facility (regional); reference sites; SANAS accreditation as applicable; SARS importer registration.
• Compulsory briefing session attendance (certificate to be included); power and connectivity considerations per special conditions.
• Pricing and contract: firm prices for delivery as applicable; three-year warranty; seven-year service/maintenance options; adherence to PFMA PPPFA 80/20 or 90/10 rules.
• Specific goals: proof for preferential points (e.g., local ownership) if claimed.
