Overview

The Supply, Delivery of Kitchen Consumables & Office Stationery to the PPECB is being procured. Suitably qualified suppliers of office stationery and kitchen consumables are invited to quote for a 36-month contract (with a 12-month renewal option) on an as-needed basis, with purchases issued by PPECB purchase orders. Quantities in Annexure C.xlsx are for evaluation only; actual orders will be placed as required. If the cumulative value of orders reaches the RFQ threshold of R1 million, the contract may be terminated early. Pricing must be provided per Annexure A/B/C.

Requirements

• 36-month contract with potential 12-month renewal; SLA/Contract to govern services (SUPPLY~1.PDF).
• CSD registration required; Master Registration Number to be provided; or SARS Tax Compliance PIN/TCS; separate TCS for each party in a consortium; if no TCS, provide CSD number.
• Mandatory documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, valid Tax Clearance or PIN, B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit, CSD proof.
• Security/insurance: supplier must have adequate security; replace damaged/thefted items within 3 weeks at supplier’s cost; insure PPECB items until delivery receipt.
• Delivery terms: delivery costs quoted separately; delivery notes/waybills required; packaging/shipping rules; penalties for non-delivery or non-conformance.
• Pricing: fixed where agreed; delivery included only where specified; Annexure C contains itemized pricing; final orders per PPECB needs.
• Evaluation: Stage 1 compliance; Stage 3 functional (min 80/100); Stage 4 price with 80/20 or 90/10 preference; Stage 5 objective criteria (risk, litigation, etc.) (SUPPLY~1.PDF).
