Overview

The Supply & Delivery of Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) Modules and Fibre Cables for the SITA Software Defined Network (SDN). Bidders should be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or accredited partners/distributors for SFPs, supplying compatible fibre cables. Delivery is to SITA Centurion (Gauteng). Bidders must be registered on CSD and comply with tax/B-BBEE requirements; references and certifications may be required.

Requirements

• OEM certification/affiliation evidence proving the bidder is an OEM or an OEM partner/distributor (not older than 12 months). Annex A reference: 5.1.
• Demonstrated experience delivering fibre cables and SFP products to at least one customer in the last five years; include reference letters on letterhead. Annex A reference: 5.2.
• Acceptance of ALL Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) and Government GCC; signed declaration (SCC 4.3.2).
• Delivery of fibre cables and SFPs within 3 months of award.
• Compliance with ISO 9001, POPIA, confidentiality/NDA, and security requirements; provide Occupational Health and Safety documentation as required.
• Mandatory and administrative returnables: SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and other returnables per bid specification.
• Preference eligibility: 90/10 points system; BBBEE documentation required to claim points.
• Tax and registration: SARS Tax Compliance PIN or TCS, CSD registration, and related declarations.
