Overview

The Department of Water and Sanitation seeks to procure NEC 3&4 Engineering and Construction Contracts training for its employees at Mthatha Dam, Eastern Cape. The RFQ targets training providers capable of delivering CPD-pointed NEC 3&4 courses to two groups of up to 10 participants each, with facilitator travel and accommodation included. See (WTE1044CE).

Requirements

• Complete, sign and submit SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4.
• Valid registration/certification from a professional body to offer NEC 3&4 Training; course must carry CPD points.
• NEC 3&4 course content/outline and a professional facilitator CV with relevant qualifications.
• Proof of Tax Compliance (SARS PIN) and CSD registration; VAT/other tax status as applicable.
• B-BBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit) and Annexures 1 & 2 (locality and ownership affidavits).
• Commission of oath Annexures for locality and ownership as required for preferential points.
• Compliance with pricing schedule and all documents listed as mandatory.
