The supply of various electrical cables, conductors and concentric cables to Eskom warehouses within Limlanga Cluster on an “as and when” required basis over a period of 24 months. Bid via Eskom’s e-tendering portal; suitable for electrical cable manufacturers/suppliers with capability in MV/LV cables and conductors, ISO 9001-based quality management, and compliance with Eskom’s local-content and pre-qualification requirements. The ITT package includes pricing schedules, NEC3 contract, and mandatory annexures for local content, integrity, and SBD forms.

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based Supplier Quality Management System (per Eskom QM specification).
• Complete and submit SBD documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2 (local content).
• Local content declarations: SATS 1286 Declarations C/D/E (local and imported content).
• Integrity commitments: Integrity Declaration Form and Supplier Integrity Pact.
• CIDB registration as applicable; tax clearance and supplier registration (e.g., CSD).
• Pricing/technical documents: Pricing Schedule/BOQ (PDF and Excel formats) and NEC 3 contract; technical schedules for MV/LV cables.
• Technical/QMS prerequisites: Supplier Quality Management requirements; evidence of QMS in operation.
