Overview

Procurement of Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) crucibles and Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) crucibles, including 70 µL Al2O3 TGA crucibles with lids compatible with a Mettler Toledo TGA1 auto-sampler and 40 µL aluminium DSC crucibles with lid and pin (Part Nos. ME-00024123 and ME-00027331). Bidders should supply lab consumables meeting strict ceramic/metal-oxide specifications and be able to verify compatibility with the instrument; samples may be requested for instrument checking.

Requirements

• Supply crucibles exactly per the specifications (70 µL Al2O3 TGA crucibles with lids; 40 µL Al DSC crucibles with lid and pin; max temps 2000 °C and 640 °C respectively; 0 MPa/0.2 MPa max pressure).
• Crucibles must be compatible with the NMISA instrument (Mettler Toledo auto-sampler); provide a sample if verification is needed.
• Submit a firm quotation valid for at least 30 days; indicate delivery period.
• Attach BBBEE documentation if pricing exceeds R2,000 and complete SBD forms (SBD4 disclosure and SBD6.1 preference points form).
• Documentation: provide complete bid documents including SBD4 and SBD6.1; electronic submission per instructions.
