Three-year contract to appoint a panel for disconnection of illegal electrical connections and meter bypass. Bidders require a minimum CIDB grading of 2 EP. Compulsory briefing: 11 KV Challenor Street, Eshowe 3815 on 02 July 2026 at 10:00. Closing: 13 July 2026 at 12:00. Requirements

• CIDB minimum: 2 EP.
• Registration: Central Supplier Database (CSD) and local Council database; tax clearance (original) and Proof of registration; rates clearance; COIDA.
• Returnable documents: proof of purchase, attendance at compulsory briefing, MBD forms as applicable, and related schedules; audited financials if > R10M.
• Certifications: valid electrical trade test; PSIRA-registered security sub-contractor with licensed firearms where applicable.
• OHSA compliance, insurance, and 10% performance security within 30 days of award.
• Evidence of 24/7 availability and subcontracting-security arrangements as per scope.
• Financing/records: proper invoicing, time sheets, and project reporting as required.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the E-Tenders Portal; purchase receipt required (R1000) and collect at the Financial Services Revenue Section.
• Submit sealed Tender Box response by 12:00 on 13 July 2026 (tender no. KZN ULM 41/25/26), hand-delivered to the SCM/Tender Box, KV Challenor Street, Eshowe.
• Include all returnable documents (see document) and complete pricing schedule; non-submission may render bid non-responsive.
• Attend the compulsory briefing on 02 July 2026 at 10:00 at the stated briefing venue; attendance certificate required.
