Overview

Three-year panel of registered Land Surveyors, Town Planners and Environmentalists to provide municipal subdivision services, open to professionals registered with SAGC, SACPLAN and EAPASA. The uMlalazi Municipality invites bids for a panel to deliver Land Surveying, Town Planning and Environmental Services on an as-needed basis. Briefing is mandatory at 11 KV Challener Street, Eshowe 3815; closing 22 September 2026.

Requirements

• Proven registration: SAGC (Land Surveyors), SACPLAN (Town Planners), EAPASA (Environmentalists) with current certificates.
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; valid tax clearance; Rates Clearance; COIDA proof; Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Audited financial statements if tenders exceed R10 million (where applicable).
• Returnable documents including certificates (SAGC, SACPLAN, EAPASA), JV documents if applicable, and other standard bid declarations.
• Adherence to SCM and ethics rules, including compulsory briefing attendance, non-canvassing, and price/tender submission rules.
