Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply, deliver and repair the boundary wall of the Government House at Kommetjie for the DFFE/MLRF. Bidders should be civil/construction contractors with CIDB minimum 1GB, capable of wall repair involving vibracrete panels, fencing (front 32m with gates, side 32m), and be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database with tax matters in order.

Requirements

• CIDB: minimum 1GB (CIDB requirement appears in Annexure A).
• CIDB registration and project category suitability.
• CSD registration and tax matters in order; tax clearance/status PIN required.
• SBD documents: SBD 1, 2, 3.1/3.3, 4, 6.1 completed and signed.
• VAT: prices must be in ZAR and inclusive of VAT if VAT registered; no upfront payments.
• Bid documents: two-part submission (technical + pricing) with table of contents; include all documents from evaluation phases.
• Company documents: CK1, certified IDs of directors/shareholders, Letter of Authority.
• Oracle ERP registration within 7 days of PO; submit Oracle Registration Form.
• No hand-delivered bids accepted; submit via email to MLRFQUOTATIONS@dffe.gov.za by closing.
• Delivery/implementation: total 60 days after Purchase Order; payment within 30 days of valid invoice.
• Evaluation: 80/20 (price vs specific goals) with preferential points for specific goals (see Annexure A).
