Overview

• To appoint a service provider to provide and supply the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment / Marine Living Resources Fund with a payroll administration service for 1 up to 1,200 employees (including EPWP workers) for 12 months. Bidder should have payroll administration capability and be compliant with DE/Labour, SARS, UIF/COIDA, and related statutory requirements, with ability to deliver monthly payroll, payslips, and reporting.

Requirements

• Mandatory qualifications and compliance (Phase 1):
• Registered with Department of Employment and Labour; COIDA; SARS PAYE; Tax Clearance; tax matters in order.
• Licensed payroll system capable of generating payslips, EMP201, IRP5; registered tax practitioner.
• Demonstrated experience of at least two years; provide company profile and client references (2 letters).
• Proof for specific goals if claimed (e.g., black ownership, women, youth, disability) and related documentation.
