Overview

To appoint a service provider to supply and deliver stationery for the Marine Living Resources Fund (MLRF) under the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment. Open tender; target bidders are office stationery suppliers with capacity to deliver to government offices, and with solid compliance (CSD, tax, and SBD documentation) to participate.

Requirements

• Delivery commitment: delivery within 60 days of Purchase Order; payment terms: net 30 days after valid invoice and acceptance.
• Evaluation uses PPPFA 80/20 (or 90/10 depending on rand value); specific goals worth up to 20 points (e.g., 51% black ownership 8 points, 50% women 4, Youth 4, Disability 4; non-compliant contributor 0).
