• Technical specs and warranty: 1.5-ton front loader tractor; weight 8000-10000; power 70 kW; working hours 2001-4000; corrosion-resistant interior; operator and maintenance manuals; warranty minimum 2 years or 2000 hours.
• Marine-ready and support: designed for coastal/marine environments; proven reliability in saltwater/sandy conditions; supplier must provide local service support and spare parts.
• Compliance and documentation: submit SBD forms (SBD 1, 3.1/3.3, 4, 6.1); tax clearance/TCC; CSD registration; VAT status; where applicable, CIDB note may be N/A.
• Commercial terms: 60-day delivery after Purchase Order; payment within 30 days of valid invoice; adherence to GCC/SCC; eligibility for PPPFA points (80/20) and specific goals (BBEE, women, youth, disability).
• Additional: bid must be on official forms; may require Oracle ERP registration within 7 days of PO.
