Overview

Appointment of a service provider to supply and install a palisade fence at Leslie Post Office. Scope: supply and install a 1.8m palisade fence at 13 Norda Street, Leslie, Mpumalanga 2265 (RFQ_26-27-54). Bidders should be fencing/installation contractors with CIDB 1GB (Active) or CRS active, and meet tax, CSD, and BBBEE/commercial requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB: minimum Grade 1GB active or CRS number valid at bid close; SAPO will verify.
• COIDA: provide COIDA certificate or CF registration number valid at closing.
• CSD: registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database; provide CSD/MAAA number.
• SBD forms: submit completed SBD1 and SBD4 (plus Confidentiality NDA and Certificate of Acquaintance) in English.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or TCS status; if no PIN, provide CSD; if consortium, each party must have a certificate.
• BBBEE: valid SANAS BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit or DTI BBBEE; for JV/consortium, provide consolidated BBBEE.
• Site/technical: compulsory site visit (21 July 2026 at 11:00) and ability to supply and install a 1.8m palisade fence per specification.
• Pricing: complete Annexure F1 (pricing schedule) in ZAR, inclusive of VAT (15%) where applicable.
• Additional: CIDB/COIDA/CSD verification; compliance with local building codes and CIDB category 1GB active.
