Requirements

• Firm pricing on official forms; price validity 60 days; delivery to 12 harbours.
• Complete and submit standard SBD documents: SBD 1, 2, 3.1/3.3, 4, 6.1.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status, and be registered on CSD; if JV/Consortium, each party submits required tax/CSD docs.
• Submit with bid: proof for preference points (SBD 6.1) if claiming Specific Goals; include complete PPPFA disclosures.
• Confirm delivery within 60 days of Purchase Order; no upfront payments; payment within 30 days of valid invoice.
• Bidder must be able to register on MLRF Oracle ERP within 7 days of receiving the form.
