Overview

Freedom Park Trust seeks an experienced service provider to manage and support existing audio-visual, video production and live streaming services for Freedom Park events over a 12-month period. Suitable bidders are AV service companies with on-site event support, setup/calibration, maintenance, live streaming, post-production, and the ability to scale for different event sizes.

Requirements

• Experience in supplying, installing, configuring, and supporting AV, conferencing, multimedia, and broadcast/streaming systems.
• Availability to provide on-site service at events, with testing at least 2 hours before start, and ongoing technical support; include post-event reporting.
• Capability to deliver full lifecycle: live broadcast, recording, post-production editing, and multi-streaming to various platforms; ability to create lower-third graphics.
• Submission of company organogram, defined roles, CVs for key staff, client references with contact details, and proof of contracts.
• Locality within Gauteng with proof of physical address; turnaround time commitments.
• Compliance documents: Tax Clearance or Unique PIN, Tax-compliant CSD Report, BBBEE Certificate, SBD4 and SBD6.1, owner/employee IDs, and a priced, VAT-inclusive pricing schedule.
• Portfolio of Evidence demonstrating similar contracts (2021–2025) and relevant project references.
