Overview

Procurement of a service provider to perform main line sewer/stormwater jetting and related cleaning services. Target bidders are service providers with experience in high-pressure jetting, sewer line inspection, debris removal, line flushing, and compliant waste disposal, with BBBEE status and SA registrations (CSD, tax-compliant).

Requirements

• Compulsory site visit on 30 July 2026 at 11:00 (256 Glyn Street, Hatfield) (Specification for appointment of the Mainline jetting service pdf).
• Submit an itemised quotation, VAT inclusive if VAT-registered (RFQ document).
• Attach: recent CSD report; valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; Duly completed SBD forms; Bank Confirmation Letter (RFQ document).
• Include Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD4): declare state employment conflicts, relationships with state employees, and related disclosures.
• Preference points: 80/20 or 90/10 system; points awarded for price and specific goals; mean of verification includes BBBEE documents and company details (SBD 6.1 form).
• Specific goals include ownership by Black/youth/women if claimed (up to 20 points total) and locality within Gauteng (SBD 6.1 table).

• Briefing/site visit: Compulsory briefing/site viewing on 30 July 2026 at 11:00 (256 Glyn Street, Hatfield) (RFQ and Specification PDFs).
