Overview

To provide Guarding Services for the South African Post Office – North West Province for a maximum of twelve (12) months. The contract targets security service providers capable of delivering guarding (unarmed and armed) across SAPO sites in North West, with mandatory experience proof and standard bid compliance (SBD forms, BBBEE, tax compliance, etc.).

Requirements

• Minimum 12-month contract term, month-to-month up to 12 months; NW Province scope.
• Compulsory briefing: 03 July 2026 at 11:00 via Zoom (see RFP file for link). (RFP 26-27-07 NM.pdf)
• Pricing must be in ZAR and cover 12 months; pricing schedule to be completed per site/shift details (Annex A: North West pricing).
• Proposals must include: SBD1, SBD4, SBD7; Confidentiality Agreement; BBBEE documentation; Tax compliance (PIN/CSD), and authority proof.
• Experience evidence: bidder must provide client confirmation of at least 1 year guarding experience. (Annexure BR)
• If applicable, BBBEE consortium/joint venture specifics; separate measures for each party. (Annexure BC)
