TOP-UP - APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR PROVISION OF GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE (GBM) ON AN AS-AND-WHEN-REQUIRED BASIS FOR O.R Tambo District Municipality FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS. Requirements

• Proof of municipal rates and taxes not in arrears (for bidder and directors where required); lease of premises if not owned; joint venture/consortium documentation where relevant.

• Evaluation follows three stages: Mandatory requirements, minimum conditions (functionality), then price and specific goals (80/20 or 90/10 depending on value).
