Overview

Capricorn District Municipality invites bids for Township Establishment (re-advert), including feasibility, cadastral surveys, township layout, environmental compliance, transfer of a 6-hectare donated site, and proclamation to enable a District Disaster Management Centre. Suitable for firms with land development, town planning, surveying, environmental planning, legal/administrative and project-management capacity. Requirements
