Overview

TR42-2026 seeks to procure an Enterprise Low-Code/No-Code Application Development Platform and Related Services for Tshwane University of Technology. Bidders should be accredited providers of enterprise low-code/no-code platforms with capacity for enterprise-scale deployments, governance, and ongoing support, and be prepared for empowerment considerations and potential joint ventures with empowerment partners.

Requirements

• Accredited to provide enterprise low-code/no-code platform and related services to TUT.
• Willingness to undergo vetting and eligibility checks, including empowerment criteria and potential JV with empowerment company.
