TRAINING FOR COMMISSIONING ENGINEERS & TECHNICIANS ON OMICRON PRIMARY AND SECONDARY TEST EQUIPMENT FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (05) YEARS

Overview

Training for commissioning engineers & technicians on Omicron primary and secondary test equipment for a period of five years. Eskom seeks a training provider to design and deliver a long-term program of technical training on Omicron primary/secondary test equipment for its staff. Suitable bidders include education/training providers with electrical engineering and instrumentation expertise, capability to scale across Eskom sites, and a quality management framework (ISO 9001). Prior Omicron experience is a plus; familiarity with Eskom procurement requirements (SBDs, PPPFA, integrity, and QA) is advantageous.

Requirements

• Open Invitation; 180-day tender validity; 70% functionality threshold.
• Eligibility: not restricted to do business with Eskom/State-Owned Companies; not on sanctions list; not submitting multiple bids; JV/consortium terms must be explicit.
