Overview

Procurement of ESG and Sustainability Training: a 5-day, face-to-face course to be delivered in Pretoria; suitable for training providers with SACNASP and SAQA accreditation. This RFQ (135 AM) targets providers capable of delivering accredited ESG training and issuing learner certificates, with pricing that includes venue and all applicable taxes.

Requirements

• Accreditation: SACNASP and SAQA certificates (copy to be provided).
• Course specifications (Annexure A): minimum 5 days; NQF Level 5; face-to-face delivery; Pretoria venue included; certificate of competence issued on completion.
• Delivery details: venue cost must be included in the quoted price; training to be held in Pretoria, Gauteng.
• Compliance/documentation: formal quotation on company letterhead with VAT, CSD MA AA number, accurate banking details; sign and submit SBD8/SBD6.1 as applicable; CSD or Tax Compliance requirements (PIN from SARS) and related paperwork.
• Specific procurement rules: 80/20 preference with 20 points for specific goals (ownership >50% by Black people, Women, or people with disabilities); JV/consortium rules apply for point calculation.
• Other: adhere to POPIA/privacy provisions; department reserves rights to due diligence, price negotiation, and not awarding; no delivery before official PO.
