Procurement of training services to deliver the National Certificate in Municipal Governance for 12 municipal employees, as part of the Training on Municipal Governance Programme. Requirements

• Valid Full CSD registration; MBD1-9 completed and signed; SARS TCS PIN; proof no undisputed municipal accounts overdue >30 days; LGSETA accreditation statement.
• LGSETA accreditation as a training provider; at least two years’ relevant experience; attach accreditation certificate and areas of accreditation.
• Facilitator requirements: CV and qualifications; facilitator must be registered with the relevant SETA.
• Training specifics: in-house delivery venue arranged by the Municipality; travel, accommodation, and meals for the facilitator; certificates of attendance after 1 month and competency after 4 months; proof of learners uploaded to NLRDB within 5 days of appointment; detailed close-out report after training.
• Functional evaluation: minimum 70/100 to be considered; references (minimum 4) from similar projects; detailed methodology and sample certificates; evidence of SETA accreditation and facilitator qualifications.
• Price and preferences: firm pricing (including all taxes); preferences for specific goals (e.g., Women, Youth, Disability, Black-owned) as per policy.
