TRAINING ON MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME FOR 20 MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES

Overview

Training on Municipal Finance Management Programme for 20 Municipal Employees is being procured. Bidders should be LGSETA-accredited training providers capable of delivering an in‑house National Certificate in Municipal Finance Management Programme (SAQA ID 48965) to 20 municipal officials, with adherence to LGSETA and related SCM requirements.

Requirements

• LGSETA accreditation for the National Certificate in Municipal Finance Management Programme; provider must have at least four years’ relevant experience and attach LGSETA accreditation and unit standards.
• In‑house delivery at Municipality facilities; duration not to exceed 15 months; facilitator travel, accommodation and meals; provider to supply training manual and CVs/qualifications for the facilitator; certificates of attendance and competency; upload learners to NLRDB within 5 days; provide a detailed close‑out report.
• Compliance and registrations: full CSD registration or SARS TCS PIN, valid tax clearance; original Tax Clearance Certificate; separate TCS/CSD for consortiums; LGSETA accreditation statement and related documents; proof that no undisputed municipal accounts are overdue.
• Pricing and procurement: firm prices including all taxes; pricing to cover all delivery costs; pricing valid for the tender period; submission on the official bid forms (MBD 1–9, MBD 2, MBD 3.1, etc.).
