TRAINING SERVICE PROVIDERS TENDER DOC

Overview

Panel of Accredited Training Service Providers for 36 months to deliver training and capacity-building services for éDumbe Local Municipality. This open tender seeks to establish a pre-approved panel of training providers across indicative categories (A-H) to deliver accredited and non-accredited learning, governance, finance, ICT, HR and related support to employees, councillors, unemployed persons and community beneficiaries. Requirements

• Valid tax compliance status (PIN/TCS) and SARS e-filing readiness
• CSD number if no TCS; evidence of CSD registration
• SETA accreditation certificates/letters for relevant categories
• BBBEE certificate and company registration certificates
• Returnable documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 completed
• Certified IDs for directors/members; certified copies not older than 6 months
• CSD summary report; JV agreements where applicable
• Proof of municipal account or rural-based proof of address for preference points
• Documentation must be certified not more than six months prior to closing
