TRANSFORMER OIL INHIBITOR DOSING

Overview

ESKOM invites bids for a 5-year Transformer Oil Inhibitor Dosing service (T&SS enabling contract). Bidders should have relevant chemical dosing/maintenance experience, a compliant QMS (ISO 9001), and the ability to submit electronically via Eskom's e-tendering platform. The process is an open, competitive bid; a non-compulsory clarification meeting is on 12 November 2026 at 11:00 (via Microsoft Teams). Submissions close 26 November 2026 at 10:00; tender validity is 120 days.

Requirements

• Eligibility: comply with Tender Data, not restricted with Eskom/State-Owned, not submit more than one tender, no conflict of interest, and not subcontract 100% of the scope.
• Mandatory documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and Annexures A–J (Authorisation Form, Acknowledgement, Tenderer’s particulars, Integrity Declaration, CPA/Local Content, etc.), SBD 6.2 Local Content Declaration if applicable, Pricing Schedule/BOQ, E-tendering manuals.
• Quality management: QMS aligned to ISO 9001; provide Quality Plan/Contract Quality Plan and evidence of QMS in operation (per Eskom Supplier QM Spec).
• Local content/CPAs: CPA/National Local Content declarations; Supplier Development Localisation targets (Annexure K).
• Governance: Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact; CIDB (if applicable); PPPFA/points documentation; tax/compliance submissions as required.
