Overview

Procurement of online Transmitter & Receiver Design Architectures for RF Systems training for SANSA staff; two attendees, online self-paced platform with about three months access. The bid targets service providers with RF systems training expertise, online learning design/delivery capabilities, and the ability to issue completion certificates; bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with compliant tax status and be prepared to engage with SANSA’s Supplier Development Programme.

Requirements

• Online, self-paced training for two SANSA employees; access for ~3 months; certificate of completion.
• Course must include at least 90 lectures per attendee and cover RF Transceiver/Receiver/Transmitter Architectures and related methods listed in the TOR.
• Pricing must be all-inclusive; payment on proven deliverables; bid valid for 30 days.
• Bidders must be registered on the CSD with compliant tax status; provide CSD Summary and tax status documentation.
• Submit SBD 4 declaration and evidence for B-BBEE-specific goals (e.g., 51% black-owned, 40% black-owned with women, etc.); include required proof documents.
• SDP participation may require signing an SDP agreement; post-support commitment requested.
• General conditions: signed quotation pages; SANSA may request presentations or site visits; POPIA/privacy considerations apply.
