Overview

Transport services for the Mayoral Youth Dialogue organised by Swartland Municipality. Experienced transport service providers are invited to bid for SCM78/26/27 to provide participant transport for the event.

Requirements

• Complete Annexure MBD 6.1 and submit original/valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or certified copies; provide Proof of Locality to claim locality points.
• Submit bids on the issued tender document SCM78/26/27 (sealed envelope).
• Evaluation will use an 80/20 preferential points system under the Preferential Procurement Policy; B-BBEE considerations apply.
• Subject to the General Conditions of Tender and any applicable Special Conditions; Swartland may not accept the lowest bid.
• Obtain tender documents from Jo-Maré van der Westhuizen; electronic format available on request; hard copy fee R102.

How to Apply

• Submissions must be deposited in the tender box at the Municipal Head Offices, Malmesbury, before 11h00 on Thursday 8 October 2026 (SCM78/26/27 Transport Mayoral Youth Dialogue(Notice).pdf). No late quotations will be accepted.
• Submissions must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Informal Tender SCM78/26/27 – Transport for Mayoral Youth Dialogue.”
