Overview

Procurement of transport services for Mandela Month Commemoration, including 15 taxis from various wards to Lusikisiki, to be supplied by qualified taxi operators. Bidders should be taxi owners who belong to a Taxi Association; bids will be evaluated on price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points).

Requirements

• Valid Full CSD registration with proof; signed declarations (MBD1-9); SARS TCS PIN printout; proof of taxi ownership and association membership; signed letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
• Tax compliance: Tax clearance (TCS) status or PIN; CSD number if no TCS; for foreign bidders, pre-award questionnaire completed.
• Delivery window: taxis to pickup from 07:00 on 28 July 2026 and return to stations; all pricing to include delivery and liabilities.
• Compliance with SCM and Abuse of SCM policies; bids must be on original bid documents; no late submissions.
• Submission must reflect IHLM/02/2026-27/MM’S in a sealed envelope.
