Overview

The Greater Kokstad Municipality invites bids for Travel and Accommodation Arrangement Services to manage travel for councillors, staff and associates for a 36-month period. Bidders should be experienced travel management companies, preferably ASATA-registered, with capability to deliver Stage 1 functionality and Stage 2 price/specific-goals evaluation. Requirements

• Firm prices inclusive of VAT and valid for 90 days; IATA registration; CSD verification (not older than 3 months).
• Proof that company and directors do not owe municipal rates/taxes >90 days; SARS Tax PIN; tax clearance.
• Completed and signed MBD 1, 4, 8, 9 forms; MBD 6.1 (Preference Points) completed.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database; proof of CSD and IATA where applicable.
• Proof the director(s) and company meet municipal rate requirements (J section) and other mandatory documents; pricing schedule (Annexure A3).
• Ability to provide travel management services including after-hours support, invoicing consolidation, and cost-containment compliance.
• Documented evidence of IATA membership; if using a 3rd party IATA licence, attach agreement/certificate.
