TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICE AT PetroSAClosed

Overview

PetroSA is procuring a full Travel Management Service to handle local, regional and international travel for its travellers (employees, contractors and consultants) under a 36-month agreement. Bidders should be travel management companies with relevant government/corporate experience, ASATA membership, an IATA licence, and CSD registration to access full tender documents via PetroSA’s eProcurement system.

Requirements

• Proof of ASATA membership and a certified copy of an IATA licence.
• Phase 2 supplier registration via PetroSA (CSD login with MAAA credentials) and access to the eProcurement system (registration steps in "Supplier Self Registration" document).
• Transition plan for a smooth implementation; reference letters from at least three current/recent Government/Corporate clients (approx. 500 employees); Tenderer Experience Table to be submitted on ISS.
• Travel management coverage during normal hours (Mon–Fri 8h00–16h30) and after-hours/emergency support.
• Compliance with National Treasury cost containment measures and Travel Framework Instructions No. 06/07 of 2022/2023.
• Dedicated on-site/off-site service model with a Key Account Manager (minimum 3 years’ Government/Corporate account experience); quarterly reviews.
• Pricing: submit two models (Model A – management fee; Model B – transactional fee) and complete the Commercial Bid Analysis (CBA) on ISS.
• Open-book policy on commissions; no override commissions; NCFO and audit rights described in scope.
