RFQ for Tree Cutting, Vegetation Clearing and Alien Invasive Plant Control at Kimberley Airport. • Safety and operations: adherence to airside regulations, induction, permits, approved work windows, FOD prevention, trained personnel, and site handover with warranties and manuals.
• Compliance and pre-qualifications: Tax compliance (SARS PIN or CSD number), VAT questionnaire, returnable documents (SBD forms, confidentiality, BBBEE, etc.), and potential security vetting as required.
• Pricing: complete and price all items in the Activity Schedule; prices exclusive of VAT with VAT shown separately; fixed pricing for contract duration; payment on actual measured quantities.
• Documentation: provide required minimum documents and evidence for specific goals (BBEE status, disability proof if claimed, etc.).

• Registrations/pre-qualifications: Tax compliance status (TCS) or CSD number; SARS PIN if available; CSD if no TCS; VAT registration details if applicable.
